We require a 48-hour notice for all cancellations and freezes. All memberships are billed on the 1st of each month. CrossFit Commack does not issue refunds for cancel/freeze requests violating this policy. Memberships may be put on hold for a maximum of 2 consecutive months, where the membership will automatically resume billing following the freeze duration. All requests exceeding the 2 month request will default in a membership cancellation. Members who cancel will be subject to pay any membership rate increases upon returning. Members who freeze their membership will not be subject to pay a membership rate increase in the case that they return to their membership in the correct time frame (2 months or less).
