Individuals with significant health or orthopedic issues are strongly encouraged to start with personal training before participating in Group CrossFit classes.
Privates are individualized training sessions designed to address your specific needs. Your coach will work with you to assess those needs and help you establish movement competency while building a base of strength and conditioning. This is a great option for anyone who has specific concerns or wants to tailor their training to reach a particular goal. You can also use personal training to prepare you for our general group classes.
There is a 24 Hour Cancellation Policy on all PT sessions. Cancellation within 24 hours of the scheduled session will result in a charge.
Training rates will vary based on the trainer you work with.
We also offer semi-private training for up 6 people.
