COACHES NOTES:

Alternate full rounds (1:1) w/ partner on the AMRAPs. You will have 2 separate scores for this workout. The first score is the total time it takes to complete all of the assigned work, and the second score is the total rounds and reps you and your partner accumulate during the AMRAPS. For the 800m run, you will start your run at the 8 minute mark. Do not start your second AMRAP until the 16 minute mark. If you get back from your run early, you have earned some rest time. If you take too long to get back, you will take away from your time to do the second AMRAP.
