This workout will start with a running clock where athletes will perform "Chelsea" every minute for 30 minutes. Athletes will then begin their 2 mile run for time at the 32:00 mark on the clock.


Every minute on the minute for 30 minutes:
5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Squats

Kipping, butterfly and banded kipping pull-ups are allowed. You may also do jumping pull-ups if needed. If you fall off pace, the workout turns into an AMRAP and your score will become total rounds + reps completed. Leave comments for yourself so you know how far your made it in the EMOM.

2 mile run for time

Wear a 20/14 vest if you plan on wearing one for MURPH. Your score will be the time on the clock minus 32:00 since that's when you'll be starting the run.
