You should have the capability of doing one full round unbroken if you were fresh. Choose a barbell weight that allows you to do all rounds either unbroken or with only one break. If you can't do 30 unbroken push-ups, you may reduce the reps to 15 push-ups, but only if you have the ability to do a set of 15 unbroken. Elevate your hands to a box or bar to a difficulty that allows you to do either 30 unbroken, 15+15, or 10+10+10 with perfect form.
